ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. French police searched the home of the suspected Champs Elysee attacker on Friday (April 21) in the Paris suburb of Chelles. One neighbour, who did want to be identified, said the suspect lived with his mother, who had recently left the country for vacation in Algeria. The neighbour said the suspect was not an observant Muslim, and drunk alcohol. He said he was aware the neighbour had been released from prison earlier this year, but he had not seen him leave the house, where his mother said he stayed all day in front of the computer. Islamic State claimed responsibility for the shooting on Thursday (April 20) night in which a French policeman was shot dead, via its Amaq news agency. It named the attacker as Abu Yousif al-Belgiki - "the Belgian" in Arabic.
